SO WHAT MAKES THIS PROGRAMME SO DIFFERENT FROM THE REST?

(I KNOW, YOU DON'T NEED ME TO TELL YOU THAT THIS ``MAGIC PILL`` DOESN'T EXIST, RIGHT?)

WHAT IS HABIT-BASED NUTRITIONAL COACHING AND WHAT MAKES IT SO EFFECTIVE?
Most people already know what they need to do to lose weight and to feel healthier. They know it’s what they eat or don’t eat that will be the deciding factor on whether or not they get good results. Yet despite knowing what they need to do, they aren’t quite sure on the best way to do it. That’s where they are going wrong.

BUT HERE'S THE THING...
Problem 1: It’s Not Flexible
Nutrition plans are too rigid and aren’t necessary for someone simply trying to improve their body and health. They’re classically used by athletes, be it physique, sports or endurance, and these guys just aren’t the norm. They’re therefore too strict and set in stone for most people, and they result in a high failure rate. Many also lack variety, which can quickly lead to undernourishment, cravings and flat out diet boredom.

Problem 2: It’s Not A Long Term Solution
If you become reliant on following a nutrition plan to eat better, you may become dependant on that, and what happens when you’re found in a situation in which you can’t stick exactly to the plan? For example, eating out! You probably deviate from what you perceive as healthy eating because it doesn’t match the plan, starting a spiral of frustration and anxiety. The result is, you say, “SCREW IT!” and begin eating anything you’re craving again. Over time, this is going to create a poor relationship with food. You’re either on the plan, or off the plan.

Problem 3: You Learn Nothing
By simply following a nutrition plan, be it a cookie-cutter one from a magazine, or a personalised one specific to you, you don’t learn anything, you’re just doing what your trainer thinks is right for you.
The result is that you fail to tune into your own body and listen to the feedback it’s giving you.
