SO WHAT MAKES THIS PROGRAMME SO DIFFERENT FROM THE REST?
Here’s the thing… it’s noisy out there. With the explosion of the internet, social media and the fitness industry as a whole over recent years, there are personal trainers, nutrition coaches and gym chains everywhere you turn, offering miracle results in a matter of weeks, whether it be through radical calorie-cutting, endless hours spent in the gym or the latest “miracle pill” that apparently torches body fat and turns you into a fitness model overnight.
(I KNOW, YOU DON'T NEED ME TO TELL YOU THAT THIS ``MAGIC PILL`` DOESN'T EXIST, RIGHT?)
If it did, someone would be sat on a beach somewhere with more money than Bill Gates, the health and fitness industry would collapse and every Tom, Dick and Harry would be sat eating donner kebabs and never having to worry about putting on a single pound.
Unfortunately for you and I, this just isn’t how it works. Often, even when you find a system that works in the short term, you end up feeling exhausted, run-down, hungry, malnourished and all-round fed up.
Eventually the programme becomes so restrictive, time-consuming and difficult to follow that you end up giving up and those few pounds you managed to lose in the initial, super-motivated couple of weeks, you end up finding again and then some! This is where Habit-Based Nutritional Coaching comes in…
WHAT IS HABIT-BASED NUTRITIONAL COACHING AND WHAT MAKES IT SO EFFECTIVE?
It Teaches you the “HOW”, not just the “WHAT”
Most people already know what they need to do to lose weight and to feel healthier. They know it’s what they eat or don’t eat that will be the deciding factor on whether or not they get good results. Yet despite knowing what they need to do, they aren’t quite sure on the best way to do it. That’s where they are going wrong.
Habit based coaching shows you the most effective “how to” process to achieve the results you want. Of course, many trainers and coaches realise this, but when they do, they usually provide their clients with nutrition plans or specific diets to follow
